Our story began many years back, when we had a dream of opening a fine dining Restaurant. But having traditional family values, we put our dream on the back burner, while raising our kids. During those years, Chef Nancy has been experimenting with various Asian cuisines like Thai, Chinese, Laosian, Vietnamese and including the flavors from North India. She has experimented with different taste palates. She has served her recipes to many walks of life and had people wanting recipes for all dishes. She has diversified her skills by serving community kitchens, cooking up to 300 people at a time.
